Marc Sherratt founder of MSSA is a professional architect (PrArch) registered as such with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP). He was born in Johannesburg and from a child he developed a passion for wildlife conservation.
His career begun at the internationally awarded firm Mashabane Rose Associates, where he quickly rose to running his own projects. At the firm, he led and guided numerous professional teams in completing a number of high-value, civic buildings. These include the Laager Theatre in Newtown, the Bus Rapid Transport (BRT) stations for the city of Tshwane (Pretoria) and Polokwane, the Taung Skull World Heritage Site Museum Complex, the Origins Centre Rock Art Gallery, WITS and the Luderitz Maritime Museum in Namibia to name a few.
