Runner up, 2017 – 2018
This was awarded by the Green Building Council of South Africa to Marc and Annelide Sherratt for the Vleihuis Development in Linden.
The award states that:
“this project is the first to achieve a triple NET ZERO rating from the GBCSA… and is a wonderful example of what residential developments can do to push the boundaries of innovation and sustainability. This award recognizes leading NET ZERO projects that have achieved an innovative and cutting edge outcome”
